What is the Blossom word game?
Blossom is a daily word puzzle where seven letters sit in a flower: one center letter and six petals. You have 12 words to make the highest score you can, and every word must use the center letter.

How Blossom scoring works
Longer words are worth much more, so a few big words beat many small ones.

Blossom word game tips
Find the pangram first
It is usually the biggest word of the day. Shuffle the petals if you get stuck.
Save words for the bonus
Wait until the gold petal matches a letter your word uses twice.
Add endings
Try -ING, -ED, -ER and -LY on short words to turn them into long ones.
Skip short words
A 4-letter word scores only 2 points. Use your 12 words on longer ones.
Think in word families
One root can give several big words, like LIGHT, LIGHTEN and LIGHTLY.
Use the hint wisely
Hint shows the length and first two letters of the best word left.
