Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Canukle (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit canukle.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or other personal details through the game. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services listed below may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
2. Game data in your browser
Your guesses, streaks, statistics and settings (such as dark theme and hard mode) are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This data is not sent to our servers. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Doing so resets your stats.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The game itself does not need cookies to work. Our advertising and analytics partners may set cookies to show ads, measure performance and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of those services may not work as expected.
4. Advertising
We may show ads served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners to keep the site free.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
- To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Where the law requires it, such as for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.
5. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. These tools collect information such as pages viewed and approximate location, in a way that does not identify you by name.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU and UK GDPR, or California’s CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. Because we hold very little personal information, most requests are about emails you have sent us. Contact us to make a request and we will respond within the time the law requires.
7. Children’s privacy
The game is suitable for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
9. Contact
